Red Mangrove Project

Red Mangrove Project Canoe申傅手机版于2013年开始了红红树林项目，以恢复申傅手机版沿海地区的红树林.

该俱乐部在海湾种植了300只幼崽，并因该项目获得了国家花园俱乐部2013-2015年主题“与众不同”的第一名奖. 申傅手机版还获得了由迈阿密戴德花园俱乐部主席委员会颁发的年度项目奖.

感谢申傅手机版的委员会主席朗达·安德森专员，俱乐部继续培养幼崽. She spearheaded the Red Mangrove project in 2020, 生产了800棵树，非盈利组织Mang在佛罗里达州和整个加勒比地区种植了这些树.

This New Year of 2022, 该俱乐部与第七童子军和科勒尔盖布尔斯市合作，培育了1500多只红树林幼崽. 一旦在六个月后发芽，这些幼崽的最终目的地将是佛罗里达海岸线. Mangroves are the first line of defense for our coastline against storms; they filter water and provide a healthy habitat for our native wildlife in and out of the water.

January 2nd, 2022年，一群申傅手机版俱乐部成员聚集在安德森专员的家里整理5件,000只红树林幼仔准备下个周末种植.

Saturday, November 12th, 2022, 苏珊·罗德里格斯和委员朗达·安德森非常荣幸地会见了全球知名的获奖生态艺术家、澳大教授泽维尔·科尔塔多. 栽种花园俱乐部去年募集的红树.  UM students from many disciplines: Architecture, Business, Science,  环境与可持续发展在运河边上种植了红树林，旁边是赫伯特商学院. Before we planted the group was educated by Mr. 科尔塔多和安德森委员讨论了种植红树林的重要性.

2023年2月13日，克里斯托弗·哥伦布高中的学生会见了环境主席. 朗达·安德森在比斯开博物馆收集红红树的繁殖体和白、黑红树的幼苗. 

“申傅手机版的目标是帮助恢复自然生态系统，以支持渔业, birds, and butterflies, remove water pollution, and protect shorelines from storm surges.  Clean waterways are critical to prevent fish kills, 维护财产价值，支持南佛罗里达的旅游业," said Commissioner Anderson.
